oh my little child.... somedays I don't know what to do with that little girl!
church is still a bit of a mess with her.
but I guess she did a little better in nursery this week.
she didn't cry the last 45 minutes.... baby steps... baby steps...
I gotta tell you, she sure keeps us on our toes.
sunday night we were eating dinner and I look over at the little stink and
she is stuffing corn in her ears.
eric thought it was pretty amusing that she had an ear of corn;) lol.
Tuesday I worked on the crib skirt for madyn's new bedding...
it was a little stressful for me for some reason. but im happy how it turned out....
even if it did end up way bigger then I had planned.
how does that even happen??? do you know how many times I measured???
neither do I.... too many to count!
oh well cause im pleased with the outcome.
Wednesday we went to the last pokes home game.
I love watching madyn clap and cheer along.
man that girl has my heart!
but that little turd has a thing about taking her earrings out....
uuuggghhhhh!!!! it drives me CRAZY!!!
she also has a new fondness of throwing things away.
so I noticed her earring back in the hallway and that her earring was missing.
I searched everywhere! and then it occurred to me to look in the trash....
sure enough right on top there was her little pearl earring.
such a little stinker!
oh she makes me giggle.
also can I just say I love finding the pictures that she takes on my phone!
Friday mom, micah and her kids came down to Laramie for the weekend.
we had a really good lunch from the library and then took the kids to the park to work
out some of that travelling energy.
micah made us EXCELLENT chicken enchiladas!
and then me and eric took all the kiddos swimming.
it was lots of fun!
Saturday me and eric took off to Denver for our late Valentine's date!
we had some errands to run in fort Collins then we headed to Denver.
we walked around the cherry creek mall till we could check in at the hotel.
our hotel was soooo nice.
thank you hotels.com for an awesome room at an amazing price!
we then wanted to go over to the Denver museam of nature and science.
once we got there it was just closing!
what a bummer!!!!
so instead we headed over to aurora to go eat at Joe's Crab Shack.
it was sooooo delicious!
we then headed off to see the tenderloins.
we had some trouble finding parking and figuring everything out
but we got there just in time!
it was sooo fun.
we had a great time!
and we were soo lucky that we had mom and micah to watch over our
little one.
of course madyn was in seventh heaven with her grandma!
