we started our week out great.
sunday we had ward conference.
sacrament had amazing talks, I felt our meetings with the stake
went good. and they taught our young women's lesson
so that was even better.
when we got home mom made us a yummy lunch.
we visited for a little bit before she headed off.
madyn was devastated to see her go...
she cried for a long time,
it broke my heart :(
Monday we had a great day getting lots done.
mads was exhausted by the time the day was up...
but this is how miss little goes to sleep!
and it's not just a one time occurance....
lol:)
tuesday we had to run and go get easton from the hospital while
graysen was getting checked out in the ER.
that boy cant catch a break with his oxygen!
those two had fun together!
i feel like madyn is starting to get bored all by her lonesome...
she definitely needs more friends and more play dates!
wednesday it DUMPED snow on us in laradise!
mark and brandy's apartment didn't have power
so brandy, east and graysen came over for the morning
so they didnt freeze without any heat or electricity.
madyn was sure enjoying her time with east!
that night we had a fun young women's with a glow in the dark scavenger hunt.
thursday madyn had another play date with a girl in our ward.
i was a little worried about madyn at first...
before she came over madyn was super grumpy....
but they seemed to mesh soooo well!
they had so much fun together!
hopefully this will help her become more comfortable going
to moonbeams... and eventually sunbeams.
later that night the relief society had a nice dinner and program.
it felt so good to get out of the house and visit with the sisters of the ward.
friday madyn had a screening so that we could apply for the
head start preschool.
her eyes and ears passed the check ups
and they told us that madyn is very intelligent.
my little stinker is starting to learn how to tell tall tales....
she told the lady screening her that she had a sister, at home, named girl...
i seriously don't know where she comes from.
we also got some 'D' crafts done for the week...
unfortunately madyn thinks her dinosaur is a turtle.
she makes me giggle.
Saturday i had a baby shower to go to so eric took madyn out to
do some easter egg hunts...
always looking like a diva :)
they went to an indoor hunt at the university.
it took her awhile to get into it, but i think she had fun.
later that night we went over to mark and brandy's
and dyed eggs, had dinner, and did a hunt with them.
madyn was all gun ho for this one!
those two had fun and got spoiled rotten with candy!!!
she wasnt too sure about dying the eggs...
but did get a couple of them done.
we had a fun night all together.
i love having such a fun family to spend the holidays with.
and a little girl that gets excited about the festivities.
