16 Months and Growing Growing Growing

sunday we made it back to Laradise!

i had the worst head ache and really did not feel so great.

but my awesome husband let me have a good long nap in the car and when we

got home.

tuesday eric played in his first game for city league basketball

on the tough guys team, of course.

they killed the other team.

wednesday me and mads headed over to cheyenne.

madyn is starting to run out of clothes!

it was so nice to get out, even if i was sick the whole time and madyn

had a monster meltdown in hobby lobby.

on thursday madyn turned 16 months!

(sorry had to keep all of these cuz i thought they were pretty cute! my little ham)

16 Months of Madyn!

she says- no, yeah, thanks, what, momma, da for dad, cheese, uh-oh,

pee-boo for peek-a-boo, what's that, yay, and the jibber jabber goes on and on.

she loves to sing a long with music and dance.

she gets soo excited when All About That Bass comes on.

she throws her hands in the air when we say TOUCHDOWN!

she loves to wave, clap, blow kisses, give high fives and knuckles.

she is the proud owner of 6 top teeth and 3 bottom.

we hope her bottom molars come in soon, her poor gums are SOOO swollen.

she LOVES watching movies! Frozen has been the current favorite.

she loves breakfast foods including pancakes, waffles, muffins, cereal and yogurt.

she takes one nap a day that is 3-5 hours.

she is obsessed with her grandmas.

she loves to be in any sort of rocking chair.

she is not afraid to kick you out of the chair if she wants in it.

she is the best at folding her arms for prayer.

and is excellent at brushing her teeth.

we just got her into a forward facing car seat and she LOVES it!

her favorite toys right now are her play dishes and tea sets.

she's the best little girl that we could ever ask for!

eric had another city league basketball game on thursday.
this one was a little more intense...
eric was ejected
in all honesty it wan't his fault but it was pretty crazy...
2 guys were on top of him and it was nuts.
but he makes me proud and just walked away from all the nonsense.

saturday we went to the pokes game.
we had a lot of fun.
i love being together with my little family!!!
after the game we went home and just took it easy.

a great ending to a good week:)

sunday morning our company took off.

it was a pretty sad day around the house especially since our

broncos lost out of the playoffs. 

tuesday i went and did a freeze meal swap. my freezer is

nice and full of some good meals now!

wednesday we kept mads up past her bed time and went to the 

UW/ San Diego State basketball game.

we lost which was a bummer but madyn did soooo good and just fell right asleep on erics lap.

she must have been super tired because she slept all the way till noon the next day!

thursday we took off the valley.

we stayed over at the gillies house.

friday i was able to get my infusion.

i had a good day with my mom and the sisters relaxing.
and little miss karys got her ears peirced!

saturday tony, carilyn and us went on a ride up in the mountains.

of course we had to pack the sleigh so mads could have a little fun too!
mads loved her time with her cousins and grandparents!

we had a great time in the valley!

never a dull moment that's for sure!

tuesday me eric and mads went on a little ride.
eric needed to get his 17HMR sited in and then we decided to go for a little ride.
we went up by sybille canyon and saw some awesome elk!
i HAD to stop to take some pictures!!!
when i was snapping pictures in the FREEZING cold
one kept getting closer and closer...
i was pretty much freaking out!

i guess he just wanted to say hello...

but it was pretty awesome!

the ride home was extremely gorgeous!
i mean come on, Wyoming is amazing!!!!

meanwhile back at the house,

madyn is LOVING being home and playing with all her toys!

friday we had some company!!!
mom, dad, jamie, james, abby ry and maycie came!!!
we had so much fun with them.
a little shopping, watching some football, eating and ice skating!
not to mention madyn LOVED having friends to play with!

so the flu has almost all the way passed through the gillies house.

i spent a lot of the start of the week helping megan get some sewing done

for payson's birthday present.

tuesday i worked at the shop getting it all ready for a the new year.

my dad is pretty awesome and put on some new tires for us while i was working.

new years eve me and eric spent down in utah.

i had a doctors appointment down at the U, we then ate at Red Robin

and got a little shopping in :)

we had a nice little date day!

later that night we went to the Hysell house 

and hung out with them, the meeks, and dad... poor mom was sick :(

we only made it to about 10:30 and we had enough.

on new years we headed back to ol laradise!

it was sooo good being home!

a good week to start out the new year!
