the week started out beautifully!
we had such nice weather that we went out to play at the park!
this little boy loved being outside in the fresh air!
the beginning of the week we ran around like crazy trying to
get appointments checked off our lists and errands ran.
we were preparing for the weekend and we were super excited for it to get here!
have I mentioned lately how much I love and adore my cute kiddos?!?
Friday night we had company come into town!
megan and Scott were the first to arrive so we went out
to corona village for some yummy Mexican food while we waited for the others.
we got home just in time for dad, mom and abby pulling into the driveway.
Saturday was the big day we all had been waiting for!
it was the Oregon Duck vs the Wyoming Cowboys!
a high profile team playing in our little town was pretty exciting
for ol' Laramie wy.
Eric ran up to the mountains to get some hunting in.
so the rest of us ran around town and did our typical shopping rounds
when the company comes to town.
ya know, murdochs, brown n gold, and Walmart for last minute errands.
madyn was spoiled rotten getting all her early birthday presents.
she was so funny she kept calling it her pretend birthday.
that late afternoon we headed over to war memorial for the big game!
it was pretty packed and we didn't have the best seats....
but it was fun nonetheless.
and I think abby had a ball! she got to go for her birthday present
from grandma and papa!
and of course the kettle corn was spot on, so how can you go wrong?!?
at halftime it was pretty chilly and time to take the little ones home
so me, the kiddos, megs and mom headed home while
the guys and abby stuck it out in the cold.
it sure wasn't a pretty game...
but it was a pretty great day with all the family!
